Kristen Powers Ink

Etsy Store

Did you know that Kristen hand carves the stamps that she sells.  All of them!   That’s amazing!

I love the information that Kristen provides about herself:

Once upon a time there was a young girl who liked nothing more than to draw sweet little illustrations. The girl worked for years and years drawing her pictures and sharing them with people far and wide. She would go from kingdom to kingdom showing her whimsical designs and teaching many creative people how to make beautiful note cards and lovely pieces of art, using the images she had drawn. Then one day the King and Queen of Shadyville summoned the girl to their castle. They wanted her to teach only in their kingdom and in return, she would be paid well and be treated like royalty. Kristen has kindly donated a Gnome on the Range Carved Stamp for one lucky winner. (The stamp pictured is representational of the pattern offered, as each stamp is hand carved there will be some small differences.)

Very cool, I’ve always wanted to learn how to hand carve rubber stamps. Hmmm, I really love the gnome stamp, but I also like campers/trailers: http://www.etsy.com/listing/42597360/road-trip-trailer-hand-carved-rubber
