Last year I played along with Blogtoberfest and it was a real blast.  I loved having the challenge of trying to post something fresh every day for a month.  It was a great way to start thinking more about what I was putting out there and why.

I had completely forgotten about having participated in it until Kat from I Saw You Dancing left a lovely comment on my blog inviting me back to play again this year.  I was wrapped (and touched) to be asked and so even though I was on holidays I decided to sign up.  Now for the astute amongst us you’ll note that today is in fact the 6th of October and that I have only posted a couple of posts this month despite the fact that I should have at least 5 under my belt by now.  Here’s the deal, I was on holidays and making life altering decisions so I’m going to claim a walk on the first 3 days of Blogtoberfest. But I’m here now and I’m strapping myself in for the ride.
